Cream of carrots
4 or 5 carrots
1 onion
1 cup milk
Grated cheese
Water
Salt
In about 2 pts of water we incorporate carrots and the onion peeled, the glass of milk and a handful of grated creamy cheese (Parmesan or similar). We boil until carrots are soft. We pass through the blender rectifying salt and is now ready to be served.
