Mashed potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
3 / 4 potatoes medium sized
Two tablespoons milk
Salt
We boil peeled potatoes in water. If we are short in time we cut potato in dices and boil in enough water just to cover. When we nail easily a fork in the potato would mean the potato is cooked. We move the boiled potatoes to the pot of the blender along with half a cup of the

You can also add a bit of sweet paprika for flavor and color, or even create a bicolor mashed potatoe alternating white and tomatoe colored strips in order to make it more attractive to children. Using a simple sleeve pastry we can create nice accompaniments that helps us a lot to create attractive presentations of the course. Or grate some cheese on the mashed potatoe or anything your imagination could create to make it better.
