Chocolate Truffles
A very easy dessert to make that only requires three ingredients: condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter. You can serve them as is or accompanied by whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS :
- 200 grams (7 oz ) of condensed milk
- 20 grams (0.7 oz ) of cocoa powder
- 20 grams o (0.7 oz ) of margarine or butter
Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan over medium heat and when it is heated, while stirring, we add the cocoa powder. When it is well dissolved, add the margarine and let it melt.
We stir well until the dough comes off the pan. At that time, it is removed from the heat and allowed to cool to room temperature. When it is cold, it is put in the refrigerator, in the lower part, for half an hour.
We remove from the refrigerator and then we smear our hands with margarine so that it is possible to make the truffles.
With a spoon we extract portions of dough and we give them a spherical shape between our hands. They can be decorated with icing sugar, chocolate powder or coconut or cocoa noodles if desired. They can be left at room temperature or stored in the refrigerator, to taste.
It is very important that the dough does not stick to the casserole to prevent it from taking on a bitter taste.
Serve it cold or at room temperature. It's simply delicious.
