Fried potatoes with green pepper


This is a recipe you will repeat several times because the incredible taste, the nice aroma and how easy is to make it.

INGREDIENT (4 people)

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 4 green peppers for frying
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

First we cut the peppers by the half and remove the seeds. If you want you can cut the halves in strips.

In a cooking pan with lot of olive oil fry the peppers at low fire. After 5 minutes add the potatoes cut in slices, not too thin neither too thick. Pour half a teaspoon of salt.

Cover the pan and let the potatoes be fried for around 20-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and soft.

The smell of this recipe is really yummy.
