Irish Coffee
Irish Coffee preparation keeps meticulous proportions :
- 2 parts Irish whiskey
- 4 parts of coffee
- A teaspoon of brown sugar
- One and a half of cream
So to serve four cups you should need:
- One cup of Irish whiskey
- Two cups of coffee
- 3/ 4 cup of cream
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
First make the coffee as usual. Incorporate into a saucepan and add the sugar and whiskey. We heat until it begins to boil, but always avoiding this to happen . We must stir constantly to prevent sticking . Be heated with sugar in as it is important to keep the cream at the top of the cup.
We serve coffee in each cup or glass crowning it all with a finger-thick of cream approximately . It is always served hot.
