Lobster with cream


A very simple recipe that enhances the flavor of the lobster. And if this is not of the best quality - as is unfortunately usual in the frozen ones that we find at an affordable price - the flavor is considerably improved.

INGREDIENTS (2 people):

  • 1 medium-sized fresh or frozen lobster
  • 1 tablespoon strong French mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of cream for cooking
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

With a sharp knife we ​​cut the lobster in half lengthwise, separating it into two halves. Lightly salt and pepper the meat that remains uncovered.

Heat a grill-type pan with a little butter and roast the halves, resting them on the part of the meat. When the flesh is lightly marked, we remove them from the pan and paint them with the cream and mustard mixture. We put them back on the grill and let them cook for a couple of minutes.

Remove permanently from the heat, sprinkle them with the lemon juice, then sprinkle them with the chopped parsley. They are served immediately.
